I've been having problems with Vodafone for months now and they never get solved. I've been overcharged on my last few bills and evey time I phone up or go into the shop to fix this the problem still remains. Today I went into Vodafone at the gyle and had the pleasure of being served by a lovely staff member, Hazel. She dealt with me for almost an hour and tried her best to fix it. She contacted customer services for me and worked tirelessly even telling me I could go and get on with my shopping while she contacted places. The problem isn't solved yet but I'm really greatfull for all she did for me today.
10/10 for Hazel. Only ready I have given 1 star was because I'm annoyed with the actual Vodafone company.
