After that I I was harassed with text messages after I had opted out of receiving any of their marketing texts, so a breach of PECR rules. Failure after failure made me want to leave Vodafone and as a parting gift they are charging me £1050. Never again for me and if you plan on switching to Vodafone, think again and read their reviews.
