Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Can't even begin to write out all of the issues as there are so many and they actually would seem unbelievable to read. Not one attempt to fix my issues either, they actually just disconnect from the chat when it comes to that. Truly think the company is a con artist
Will be cancelling my contract, which I'm advised can only be done on Christmas Day as this has to be done exactly 30 days before contract expiry. Brilliant
