Called me to offer me a discount after requesting my PAC code and when I accepted the tariff they offered I found out (by following up another issue) that they had in fact put me on a completely different tariff.
The one they had offered me "did not exist" and they refused to honour what was promised.
Then managed to screw up my final bill and tried charging me double!
Absolutely useless professional buck passers (it's always a 'different department' that you need to speak to).
Only with them as my area is limited for signal with any other providers.
