I went into the vodaphone shop in Bexleyheath kent to have someone look at my phone which was playing up,, i was helped by a young chap called Alfie who took his time to explore every avenue and explained to me what he was doring in simple terms so i understood.. im not great with iphones!! He was very polite and helpful and i would certainly go again and ask for him..
