My phone number is out of service for 3 months, and they fail to fix it even though I am paying for the service. Everytime I call customer service, I have to explain the situation for 10 minutes, then they put me on hold for 30 minutes, and sometimes my calls reach an hour of my time. I called 10 times in 3 months, and all I get is promises that the situation will be solved in 48 hours, but then days pass without communication. Customer service and complaint personnel promise they'll call me back and most of the time they don't. There's no ownership of issues. I am seeking to get out of this bad company asap!
