Absolutely shocking! A data dongle/mobile broadband seemed a good way to go whilst moving with business, and, being at a particular address for a brief period. Adding data, charging the customer; Vodaphone = very efficient. When trying to reduce the data, all as advised by customer service....impossible. Numerous calls, random and conflicting information. Vodaphone...my worst comms experience in over 30 years of business. Be careful!!!
