My new phone and broadband contract is £12 a month more than was promised by their sales team.
Also, I’m sitting 5ft away from the broadband router and I just had to switch to 4G to write this review...make of that what you will!
Issues are NEVER resolved via live chat or on the phone, and overseas call centres mean you only ever receive a standardised response read from a screen with no effort made to actually rationalise and understand the troubles you’re having.
Cancelling contract is expensive, but being free of the burden of this utterly vile company is priceless!
