We have just received the most appalling service from Vodafone.
We have been loyal customers for at least 10 years. They have just claimed that we have not paid a bill when we have the copy of the bank statement to prove it. They refuse to accept this by e mail or text and insist that my husband, who is not well, goes personally into a shop and waits in a queue to be served! Obviously we are going to move to another telecom company!
