I am very disappointed with the customer services and commitments of vodafone. Initially they have committed to give me a selected number on a condition if I take 12 month contract. after signing up the golden number team who have Zero communication skills have said we don't offer you the number however the number is available.
I am taking this case to Ombudsman and cancelling the contract coz they have waste my time and energy. I am very disappointed and very unhappy customer.
