I rang to cancel my contract and politely request a pac code. I was put on hold four times and passed to two people, the last guy was pushy and getting on bullying, I insisted on cancelling my contract and once I got the Pac code he hung up on me in mid sentence.
Never use them, disgusting behaviour.
