So many reasons not to use vodafone will list a few.
- Was told upgrade fee is £25.00 got charged £125. Call recording requested but can not find. Still had to pay £125
- Can never get through to them on live chat or by calling 191 waited over hour each time
- Been getting charged for Whatsapp call via wi-fi. They said they have no control of whatsapp
- Bills over £150 a month even with unlimited calls, texts and data
