I’d like to thanks JORDON COLLIC in customer care from the Manchester call centre. He really does take the job roll literally. Fantastic throughout, I rang to pay my bill, ended up with entertainment plan, £16 off my bill and data taken off that I didn’t need. from start to finish nothing was too much.
