Words cannot express how utterly disgusted l am with this company,they have left me cold with anger. They told me they had to switch off my phone for twenty mins three days ago.l have no land line, l cannot call family in the event of an emergency.l am having cancer treatment and cannot get in touch with hospital oncology. Not even sure l can call emergency services if necessary. I could go on but too depressing to continue. Living alone at my age as well as having various ailments,l am in a state of fear.
