Cancelled my sim only on the online chat or at least I thought i had. 2 months later still being billed. Call up and they say that on the transcript to the vodafone customer advisor they stated i needed to call 191 as that is the only way to cancel (find out two months later) therefore I am not eliglible for a refund as I never cancelled so wasted time, £25 and Im still with them on my new contract. Seriously bad website, customer service and coverage even in cities. Last year with Vodafone. too expensive and no loyalty rewards.
