Beware****** Vodafone stole £215 from my account and still waiting on a refund 22 days later. They took two payments in error & I was told I would have a refund and it's still not here. I have been through to 5 different people including management and they said it's a system problem. I never complain but had to share this with the public to beware.
Complaint department told me that its going to take a further 5 working days and to bare with them.
