I recently ordered Vodafone broadband and the customer service was awful.
First , I got the router delivered to later than what the message mentioned .
Second , when I called the customer service with regards to my activation of broadband , I got varied answers and not a clear explanation.
Finally , after waiting on call for one hour , I get the information stating they misplaced the address and would not be able to activate the broadband for another 10 to 14 days .
This has wasted my time and also delay in my work .
I strongly recommend not to go for Vodafone broadband service as in future if there is any issues , the customer service won’t be of any help .
