A month ago I wrote a review regarding 13 months of very poor customer service having finished my account with them after giving several warnings that I needed to be able to see my bills something I hadnt been able to do over the last 13 months. After changing to another supplier I received a bill for £111. 56 as they said i had broken my contract. At the time of asking for my PAC number in front of staff and customers in the store I insisted they had broken the contract because of the above. This when representing their defense after I had taken it to a Tribunal they told lies by saying I had asked how much would I have to pay to leave which was a down right lie. Check your recordings vodafone. Because the provision of access to my bill is not in the contract so I had no case to answer. But I was awarded £100 damages for very poor customer services so they had to pay themselves. the balance of £11.56 plus a further £5 that had been added was paid in Sept. I am now receiving notification on the 6th October for the balance. £16.56 Take me to court vodafone and I will be claiming serious damages. DONT TOUCH VODAFONE IF YOU DONT WANT SERIOUS HASSLE AND EXPENSE. DAYS SPENT ON THE CHAT LINE WILL TURN YOU MENTAL. NOT EVEN ONE STAR RATING. Graham
