I have been waiting for my unlock code for couple of months now. They cannot even deal with a simple thing like this. I have since complained and the person dealing with complaint suggested I do it myself and they will refund me. I still do not understand why. I have asked her to send me an email to confirm everything discussed and have not got it to this day. Instead she calls and talks over me claiming she was only supposed to call me. And she hang up on me!!!
Unproffessional and laughable really.
If their complaints are dealt with by people with very poor customer service skills now wonders this is such shambles
