Would highly recommend Matt who works at Chapel Field Norwich Vodaphone Store,
I purchased a new phone and he set it all up for me, no trouble at all.
As a pensioner with not much techno knowledge he was very patient in showing me how my new phone worked.
Was very kind and patient.
