Living a billing nightmare with Vodafone for the past two months. In a series of "errors" made by Vodafone employees over the time I was trying to purchase a mobile wifi hub for my flat, I was "sold" 3 mobile hubs and lines, resulting in hundreds of pounds of extra charges on my bill, which I have been fighting bi-weekly with Vodafone staff. Finally was offered a refund Nov 14 and told it would arrive in 3-7 business days. No refund has materialised, and in the meantime, my service is continually shut off for non-payment of the current month's bill (which I won't pay until my refund has cleared). As a cherry on top, Vodafone apparently sent £30 of debt to the debt collectors at Ardent, who I now have to deal with as well. From which bill and for which reason this debt was passed to collection, I can't find out from them or Ardent. Awful awful service, will be cancelling all of my services with them as soon as possible.
