Despite being with Vodafone for 15 years! i feel these days i am being taken more and more advantage of.
I've recommended family and friends to them in the past only for those people to encounter issues such as Vodafone not apply a child data limit which racked up a huge bill for one friend despite this being set up in a store! It took hours of arguing on the phone to resolve this.
Then the same happened to me despite having a data limit set up! I was happy to use some data but the bill racked up with no warnings.
I recently upgraded to an S9 then 2 months later a deal has come out £12.00 cheaper for new customers??? Despite this Vodafone will not drop my price to match the new customers offer which i feel is really harsh. NO LOYALTY TO LONG TERM CUSTOMERS!!! I will be looking around now as i have heard plenty of good things elsewhere and nothing but being taken for granted by VODAFONE!
