Went to the store and asked the sales team to confirm that I will receive AirPods before I start my contract and sign and he said yes. The guy who served me later that week for when I collected my AirPods said I will also get my AirPods. Customer service for over a month failed to tell me that I need to speak to whom ever sold the contract to me to discuss this deal and kept lying to me that I will receive it on many occasions. They constantly lie and promise false promises. Do not trust them at all
