The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. Following hours of calls over the course of 3 weeks from New Zealand, the Vodafone credit team refused to help me and due to this I am unable to buy a house. All I asked was for one email to be written to Experian comprising of one sentence to rectify an error on their part and they declined. I have never come across such laziness. This is a disgusting company and my whole family will change networks because of this.
