Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Had A LOT of issues 1 day and 1 month after I signed up. I had to call them almost daily to "reset" something so I could use the internet. I had to hold for over 2.5 hours at one point. They offered me compensation twice, which I accepted however it was never given. It can take a good 5 minutes to start a show on Netflix, and real spotty reception around my house. Unable to play any online games on my phone using the vodafone broadband as it keeps slipping in and out. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER EVER TAKE OUT A CONTACT WITH VODAFONE. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALL CALLS ANSWERED IN INDIA, THEY PASS YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST WITHOUT ACCEPTING ANY BLAME.
