Vodafone is quite successful at hiring and training, lying, deceptive, ignorant, inconsiderate, incompetent, unethical, lazy, unprofessional employees, whose sole purpose is making things complicated to the point that everything they pretend to resolve further deteriorates to the point of dysfunction including the patient and sanity of their customers. Be prepared to get stranded in a grim Kafkaesque reality. Sick of them all!
