Such a bad customer service! The worst I've ever seen. I spent 6 hours yesterday chatting online to try to get my wifi sorted. I was already in contact with them last Friday when I was told that there was a technical issue in my area and they promised it would be fixed in 24 hours. 2 days after it wasn't fixed and it happened that it was not the good diagnostic. I was in contact with 5 different people. I had to wait at least half an hour between each different connection. They made me wait pretending reading my case. Each time I had to repeat the same things again and again with no solution at the end but an obvious lack of respect. Implying I was lying while telling that I had no wifi and I was using my neighbour's one to be able to contact them as nobody answers the phone. The last 'adviser', named Ankita even refused to send the enquiry at the end of the conversation, delaying for half an hour the chat - it was already 10pm - to make me stop the chat first which implied no enquiry. I couldn't have my wifi fixed, couldn't stop my monthly contract, couldn't get a refund for the days without wifi. And wasted more than 6 hours and lost of energy.
