Don't bother with their Chat
My iPhone died. Use their chat service. Very quick, said they'd be in contact over email. email never came. started the process all over again via chat. two hours on chat, simply to book in a repair. they say they can't until i unlock my FMI feature. which if course I can't do because the phone won't power on.
