Vodaphone had got my contract setup wrong right from the start in January 2019! it is now June 2020 .... ans still no resolution. I have phone them many times, wrote 2 letters of complaint, had atleast 4 webchats .... but nothing has been done. There are too many lazy people with foreign accents & English ones too that just pass the buck or cut you off, even go to the lenghts to promise you to call you within 24 to 48 hours - and guess what ... they dont call! Ive switched to 02 today on one of the accounts and hope to switch the second one by the end of this month.
Vodaphone is an abhysmal provider, full of unqualified and bad mannered people. There are better Providers (some worse tan others) - thwrefore please do shop around.
Botton line is that if you are NOT happy with your Provider then JUST MOVE!!
