I cracked my screen on my phone, and understood that this should have been insured as it always has been. Vodafone refused to help and told me that I should have checked my bills and notified them if insurance was missing. I then wasted around 10 hours trying to solve the problem. I have been with them for over 10 years, and was simply passed from one overseas call centre to another. Absolutley pathetic company.
