Recently changed over to Vodafone for land line and broadband. I made a simple request to retain my land line number. They failed to do this. I contacted them and the advisor lodged a complaint where the complaints team were to contact me the next day. This also never happened.
If you make the decision to join Vodafone be prepared for simple stupid mistakes and many phone calls to try and sort the matter out
