They merge two people's bills first with out my knowledge and over charge me for more than 8months when I informed them about this the people at the store just told they have no idea and sent me off from there and I had to call the C.S team the entire month everyday and they said they will give me a discount on the ongoing bills now again they have charged me 3000rs saying I have international SMS charges for 1345rs this is really annoying they are not even letting me shift to prepaid every month they say you can change it.
