I would like to express disgust in your customer service/accounts teams. They have been incapable of resolving an issue that has been ongoing for 8 months now.
I have been receiving text messages and e-mails for "my next invoice", but we left Vodafone back in November 2019. Every single operator I spoke to, confirmed this and that these charges were "a technical error". This managed to affect my credit score from excellent to poor! Every time, I am put on hold, told the charges have been removed and this will not happen again. I just received another text message for my next bill and I do not have the strength or motivation, seeing that it does not make any difference. Received a phone call after e-mailing the CEO Nick. Nothing different as a resolution than before. Fingers crossed not to hear from these thieves again!
