This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All I am trying to do is to cancel my order I made 3 days ago. I was on the chat for 20 minutes first. They told me to call the number, I am on the phone for an hour now (an actual hour), because I have been transferred three times. And they are still not able to cancel my order. This is unbelievably bad and frustrating experience.
