As a business owner (with multiple cell phones) i am really disappointed with the service with voda phone. Right from the start i have been given the runarou d. Communication is extremely poor with questions remaining unaddressed and unanswered during email conversations.
Bills twice what was quoted and when enquiring about it im told they are passing it onto another team. After attempts to check in again, im still told there is another team looking into it. With no communication as to the progress of it, i ask again after many days. To be told the other team is still checking it. In the meantime i am still being harassed with new bills and reminders for the dissputed bills.
Right from the start i am kept waiting for answers to questions even when trying to sign up.
The ONLY reasdon i am with voda phone is because of poor reception in my area from the other provider.
The moment the other provider increases coverage to my area, i am GONE.
