I have been with Vodafone 18 years and have 2 contracts. Over the years I have had a few problems but eventually got them sorted. That was until recently. I am so sick of them that I eventually i put in a complaint. That was 3 weeks ago. I have not heard anything back from them, so now its time to talk to ofcom.
