The primary aspects of writing this feedback is to let you know that how poor and horrible the service was, inspite of being lodging my complaint regarding incoming calls rejection, my complaint wasn't registered in ur records.
And about ur 4g network--- there's no such thing as 4g network in my area being a City, as u promised to your customers about great network, I don't feel like using Ur network anymore for very poor connection with poor network.
Please don't make false promises about Ur network.
