they want your money but do not reward loyalty, website will not let you cancel your contract which I have had for years they say you can but never works , there shops will not give you good deals and are rude (twice) nobody gets back to you, you cant cancel by email and they do not log your telephone calls then you end up with a ridiculous bill that they immediately put to a collection company glad to be with another company
