“I have been with Vodaphone for MANY years. I have had brand new phones and expensive contracts and I have found over the years the quality of service has declined. I recently contacted them over connection quality and I lost connection again and no contact since and the bill has risen . I’m not happy at all”
“they want your money but do not reward loyalty, website will not let you cancel your contract which I have had for years they say you can but never works , there shops will not give you good deals and are rude (twice) nobody gets back to you, you cant cancel by email and they do not log your telephone calls then you end up with a ridiculous bill that they immediately put to a collection company glad to be with another company”
“On contacting them via chat I got the best phone with an excellent deal. While online they also told me my second line was due an upgrade as well so killed two birds in one. Ive never had a problem that wasnt solved fully . I have always had a signal as well, which is rare in the countryside”
