I had problems getting my primo to work. (USA) Davide in support was very helpful and patient. I am not the most tech savvy person. There were difficulties with the audio during our online meeting but he was patient and he got my issues solved.
Overall, I am like my primo and believe the audio quality is better than the bluesound node it replaced.
