I’m buiding active speakers and i use Volumio in my mancave as music streamer (Rpi), but also plan to put a streaming Rpi in my active speakers. Volumio works reliable on my PC, ipad and iphone. I still have issues with my Spotify plugin, also posted in the Volumio community, but no solution yet.
Maybe i will give Moode a try.
