1) Still not in documentatie how to Connect with NAS Synology using DLNA.
2) if You use DLNA :
All the volumio app music help program part is not working (no search, pictures ,ect)
3) I use wifi-router-> my own router -> connect with NAS and Volumio Primo
Lot of times my own router does nor recognize the Volumino hardware and then the app can not work
4) if you have a folder in the music map then you can not play a song (solution remove the map)
