Volumio is a pleasure to use and allows me to play my local music collection, streaming services, radio and in fact any sound at all from my Mac. All hosted on my Raspberry Pi and controlled from my Mac or my iPhone. It also includes a powerful parametric EQ in v3 (for those who care about such things!) Highly recommended.
