I subscribed to MyVolumio mainly to be able to use Tidal Connect, and it does not work properly. I am not able to stream songs in Hifi quality and the connection drops frequently. I've reached out to Customer Support, which did not gave a solution neither a workaround.
Also, the lack of UI theming or customization makes it unappealing as a web player. It comes with three UI themes only, and they are not only hard to use but also ugly as hell.
