Hi,
First I tried Volumio on two different laptops, and experienced horrible high frequency distortion on every kind of music files. This distortion did not appear on the same laptop using Windows and Foobar2000.
Using Volumio on a Raspberry Pi 4 2GB the distortion did not appear and the sound quality was quite good. So I will use it on the RPi in the future.
I like it because it can play every file formats like DSD and others.
As I only want to listen only local files, no streaming, the free version is perfectly enough for me.
