A lot of basic functions are hidden behind a subscription service. Even things that really shouldn't require it.
I'd overlook the sluggishness of the experience if it was the only thing, but to pay to get these extra functions while everything remains so sluggish is a bit too much for me.
I went back to using the equally terrible Denon Remote App. It's also slow, but at least it has better functionality.
