Hi,
I have had an issue with Tidal Connect and I've sent an e-mail to the Support regarding it.
Davide promptly answered, pointing me to the support site, but the solution was easy: I've used a wrong name for my Volumio device, so it was unresponsive because of that.
Anyway, I am satisfied with the level of support for Volumi, although I have to say that I am using the version 2.917. I did not upgrade to version 3 since I've read that there's a lot of issues with it and the version I'm using is stable and does what it is supposed to do.
