Purchased a few items as I've always been brand loyal to von Haus.
Paid for and selected next day delivery for work.
Unfortunately, either they deliberately sent out an email saying it had been shipped knowing it hadn't, or they just simply forgot to ship it.
Either way, my trust is somewhat damaged and still haven't got the items and lost out on income.
They did offer to refund the postage.... Not good enough, simply not good enough.
