Poor customer service, intended to place order for heater but had a few questions to clarify first. Fobbed off, they obviously did not read my email queries and simply issued stock replies as though written by AI or chatbot. First attempt at shopping with VonHaus, I will not return.

Bought leaf blower and bag broke after a couple of uses, replacement bag to buy is £20.

The blades are rubbish ! Not a patch on Black and Decker which has given years of service and cuts very well. Bon Haus blades too lightweight. Contacted their Customer Services , which were a complete waste of time.. Do not waste your money !

In the past, received a good product having made the purchase and been patient over some considerable time. There's no tracking, no phone number, nothing you normally expect of a mail order firm. Several years later, I try to order the same order. In stock. Good price.But after trying to order a number of ways some six or more times, no joy. I even get an unusual warning from a black horse bank asking me if I really want to trade with the firm. I emailed Von Haus explaining the problem. They say I should delete cookies and browser settings! Another attempt and now I've given up and without the item I wanted.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been nearly a month since I ordered a BBQ and it hasn’t been delivered. Can only contact via email and just told to wait and they’d chase up. Surprise surprise, heard nothing back so had to chase them over and over again only to be told the courier must have lost it and they’d send another one which I’d have to wait another 7-10 working days. Given conflicting information from various different employees, and told to “kindly wait” for the replacement. The replacement should have been sent express delivery considering the time scale I’ve now had to wait. If I didn’t really want this item I’d have done a charge back with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs. Their logistical set up and customer service is a joke.

They don’t carry spare parts so perfectly good working products have to be just thrown away for the sake of simple cheap plastic part.

I bought an 11 fin oil filled radiator in November 2023 and unfortunately it was loosing a little oil when used, I could not have received better customer service! I emailed on a Saturday morning and by Sunday morning a new one had been dispatched! Well done VonHaus!!

I unfortunately lost my ice cream maker paddle in moving house. I contacted them to purchase another but they don't manufacture spare parts. So my 14 month, over £100 machine is now only fit for the bucket. Their 2 year warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or loss (which I did figure hence fact I wanted to purchase new paddle) Will never buy Vonhaus/Vonshef/Domu products again.

Ordered garden furniture. Never arrived but was asked to Review it. Given an odd answer as to why not received. Have promised that they have replaced order and I must wait another 10 days. I am a bit skeptical that will happen. Wander now if I have being scammed.

Horrible service, recommend not to buy from them as I had ordered a 2 in 1 chainsaw trimmer and received a jet wash machine. Someone is clearly high at work to not be able to see the difference! Hermes decided to put my parcel behind my car with no notification. They are officially the worst delivery company in the UK as we all know it. I'm even more frustrated to see they don't even have a contact number on their website. Clearly a good way to avoid customer frustrations coming through to them just a support email which will probably get no response for days. I'm seeking refund as clearly I'm not the only one here with such dismal experience with them. Such a shame! Please try alternate products! Avoid these cons!

ORDER #VH000837329 Consignment Number: ZDBVHB089807 It's impossible to contact them them through the phone. Takes long time to get a reply via emails. They provide incorrect information about the delivery. They told me the items I purchased were dispatched but after couple of days the courier company said that vonhaus haven't even booked a collection day!!! Unfortunately I am very disappointed with their poor services and I regret it. I personally don't recommend it but the choice is yours.

Really poor customer service from them. Ordered a fire pit Sunday afternoon on a next day service. Expecting delivery Tuesday (next working day), it never arrived. Today is Wednesday and still no idea when its arriving; my parcel hasnt yet made it to the local depot, let alone out for delivery. The product is required as a birthday present which now looks like it will be now be late. VonHaus (Peter) quite obstructive with their response. Finding their telephone number on their website is difficult and dont show it in the "contact us tab"; just email addresses. This should have set alarms bells ringing but didnt twig at point of order, thats always a big sign of poor service. Wont be using them again.

Any issue I had with them , customer service is always there to help. Purchased several stuff with them and even out of warranty they sent me a replacement. Can’t be more happy with this company and the extraordinary customer experience.

I wish I've read the reviews before I bought my table! Table arrived completely broken and they don't take this matter seriously enough to get it sorted

I got a trimmer from vonhaus 3 years ago and recently the blade broke off from the trimmer and was thrown about 5 metres away. Company doesn't take liability as the product is out of warranty. It could have injured someone. Poor product and customer support.

Having had to send back a cordless garden trimmer I bought via their Amazon entry, because it was obviously a return and had a fault, I ordered the item again from their website as I had liked it and trusted them to send me a new one this time. However, I was sent a garden chair which I did not order. It took a long time to get them to send my 'new' trimmer , which turned out to be yet another return with a different fault ! It seems they do not check their returns and so items that are poorly repacked are just sent out again, faults and all, which could mean dangerous items being sent. In my case in both boxes the guards were missing from cutters and in the second box a cutter was actually attached to the base unit without a guard. If this base unit had a charge it could have caused harm to someone whilst just unpacking the box , I was shocked to see it like that! It has taken numerous emails to get them to arrange a pick up the garden chair which was blocking the entrance to my front room. I am waiting for the collection and having now informed them of the issue with the trimmer I am wondering if they have managed to contact the courier and get them to collect it at the same time! Maybe customer service staff are working from home as they do not seem to be replying to previous emails ? Mostly I think the blame is with the warehouse, they do not seem to know what they are doing/ don't care enough to bother to get things right. I will not shop with them again and just hope I get my second refund without too many emails having to be written, it has been quite stressful dealing with their customer service and their standard replies, I did begin to wonder if they were really Chinese -made robots, designed to scare off customer complaints!

Ordered gazebo for jubilee weekend on 20 th May never arrived - contacted them and finally arrived 13 th June . Asked for ‘good will’ discount - £9 given ! Didn’t come close to covering petrol cost incurred going to pick one up and borrow from friend . Won’t use this company again .

I Am Fuming!!!! Ordered tools and paid for next day delivery! Guess what? 2days in and no delivery. Looking at tracking parcel company don't even have it yet. I've lost money because of this Poor Company being unable to deliver service but are happy to take money from you. I have emailed customer services but obviously they don't give a F and didn't reply. And before you ask, yes it was ordered before 1pm, and yes it wasn't on bank holiday or weekend. Ordered on Thursday before 1pm. VH000652588 If you need something you better of going to you local shop and getting what you need.
