So customer service excellent but the actual Gazebo ripped at the Velcro fastenings within a couple of hours of it being up on a calm day. Grand sturdy & roof fabric perfectly but not the sides. Also when pulled to highest height there is a small gap between floor & sides. Shame as lovely looking gazebo & of sides were same fabric as roof with different fastening (maybe Velcro all along?) then it would have been perfect. They responded very promptly (at a weekend) & arranged collection with a refund very soon after collection occurred So company gets 5* but product only a 2* Won’t let me upload photos!
